AEW’s Leila Grey sadly suffered a torn ACL during her December 6 match with Mercedes Moné, potentially sidelining her for a year. However, proving her toughness and not wanting to let her hard work in the gym go to waste, Grey would not only still compete at this past weekend’s WBFF Pro Fitness event but has revealed on X that she actually came first in the WBFF Pro Fitness Diva competition while wearing a knee brace.
35-year-old Grey debuted in 2020 after training under JB Cool. Subsequently, she would capture several titles on the independent circuit, leading to her working for AEW as an enhancement talent on their YouTube show Dark. From there, she joined The Baddies stable with Jade Cargill, and most recently worked as the “Flight Attendant” valet for Top Flight, which later became Sky Flight, in addition to wrestling in sister promotion ROH.
