In her book, Becky Lynch tells the story of Vince McMahon swearing at her for not selling Lacey Evans’s finisher, with the Irish star revealing she had been unhappy that she was being put with Evans in a feud in the first place. And now, in a new interview with comedian Bert Kreischer, she has doubled down on this, going so far as to call working with the current OnlyFans model “terrible.”
After several years in the military, Evans began training to wrestle in 2014 at a local wrestling school in Georgia, signing with WWE just two years later. From there, she would establish herself in NXT, leading to her joining the main roster and featuring in a memorable storyline with Ric Flair, during which it was believed she was next in line to win the Raw Women’s Championship. Yet after becoming pregnant, that plan was scrapped, and despite returning to television just over a year later, her momentum was gone, with her new military-inspired gimmick failing to take off.
