Charlotte Flair Acknowledges Her Wardrobe Malfunction During SmackDown

During this week’s episode of SmackDown, Nia Jax defeated one-half of the current WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, Charlotte Flair, in a match that also featured NXT’s Lash Legend making her presence known on the main roster. However, it wasn’t the match or Legends’ involvement that had fans on social media talking afterwards, but the fact that Flair suffered a wardrobe malfunction, which forced cameras to cut away.

And now, after videos and photos of this went viral on social media the second-generation star has taken to X to acknowledge the slip herself, joking that from now on she’ll be wrestling in one of her trademark robes.

39-year-old Charlotte Flair, daughter of Ric Flair, signed with WWE in 2012, debuting in NXT and winning the brand’s Women’s Championship in 2014. Subsequently, her 2015 main roster arrival helped fuel the rise of women’s wrestling being taken seriously, and ultimately, in 2019, she, along with Becky Lynch and Ronda Rousey, made history by becoming the first women ever to headline a WrestleMania.
