This year’s TNA Hall of Fame induction ceremony is fast approaching, with Mickie James, Velvet Sky, and Angelina Love all set to receive the promotion’s greatest honor. And now, after James revealed during an interview that WWE legend Victoria will be inducting her, popular podcaster Gabby LaSpisa has announced that ECW original Tommy Dreamer will be inducting the original Beautiful People.
For those unfamiliar with TNA during its peak, The Beautiful People were a prominent faction defined by their self-proclaimed superiority over other performers. Formed in 2007 by Velvet Sky and Angelina Love, the group later expanded to include Madison Rayne, Lacey Von Erich, and even Billy Gunn, who performed under the moniker Cute Kip. The group would be a key storyline driver, and collectively, the group held the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship twice, utilizing the Freebird Rule to defend the titles as a unit, while also capturing the TNA Knockouts Championship six times, with Angelina Love accounting for four of those reigns.
