Ronda Rousey isn’t afraid to share her thoughts publicly, and as a result, she has been involved in numerous controversies over the years. And now, in another example of this, the former MMA fighter has appeared on the Lapsed Fan podcast and mocked the fact that WWE had her wrestling Alexa Bliss, calling it “f*cking ridiculous” and saying it was only done because Bliss had high merchandise sales.
Seemingly, Rousey feels that working with 5′ 1″ Bliss was unbelievable, given her legitimate fighting background. Yet, it appears this hasn’t upset Bliss, as she has since tweeted “I love our business,” which fans are taking as a shot at Rousey, who has since retired from the ring.

38-year-old Rousey returned to WWE in January 2022 as a surprise entrant in the Royal Rumble women’s match, which she went on to win. Still, her second run was far less memorable than her first, with #FireRondaRousey even trending on X due to fans being disappointed with her performances. Therefore, when her contract expired, she happily left WWE, although she would work a couple of independent matches and debut for ROH before focusing on her family.
