Former WWE talent Notorious Mimi, who competed in NXT as Sloane Jacobs, is set for an upcoming tryout with the company, per Fightful Select. Released in November 2022 after a short NXT run, which featured matches against Roxanne Perez and Nikkita Lyons, has since been wrestling on he indies and seemingly caught WWE’s scouts’ attention, potentially opening the door for an unexpected return.
23-year-old Mimi, real name Amelia Herr, began her wrestling career in 2019, training at the renowned Monster Factory and debuting as Notorious Mimi on the independent circuit. She gained early exposure with brief appearances on AEW Dark/Elevation in 2021 and signed with WWE in March 2022. As mentioned above, she was released after only 13 matches, but since then, she has been determined to prove WWE wrong.
