Jazmyn Nyx, the former soccer player who is now best known for turning down an NXT contract extension over money, currently appears to be out of the business, having not wrestled since September 2025. However, the ex-Chase U and Fatal Influence member still seems to be enjoying life, having revealed she’s vacationing in Mexico with her latest eye-catching Instagram photo drop, showing wrestling fans precisely what they’re missing.

27-year-old Nyx, real name Jade Gentile, signed with WWE in November 2022 after a recruiter reached out to her via DM. Subsequently, she trained at the WWE Performance Center and debuted in the ring on August 18, 2023, at an NXT live event. Her televised NXT debut was on March 26, 2024, when she lost to Thea Hail. Still, WWE clearly saw plenty of potential in her, given her prominence on television, which made the fact that they lowballed her during contract negotiations surprising.
