Former Riott Squad Member Confirms Her Pro Wrestling Retirement

During an appearance on the Wise Traditions podcast, Sarah Logan, formerly known as Valhalla in WWE, confirmed she is permanently done with wrestling. After her initial WWE release in 2020, she returned in 2022 but departed again in June 2025 when her contract expired, and has now stated she is content with her new life as a full-time homesteader, farmer, and mother on her family’s 20-acre land. Additionally, she would credit her Catholic faith for helping her finally find peace and grounding after years of travel.

The day I got fired, I started looking into starting a farm here because we had land. We bought a place with 20 acres of agricultural fields and said, ‘Let’s plant some seeds and get some cows … It took a while to settle into the peace of being a farmer and a mother. It was a hard transition, but it was so needed. As you can see, my life was always go, go, go — so to have to sit down and be intentionally present was hard for me. It wasn’t until I became Catholic and found my faith that I really felt grounded. I was never alone, I was always on the road. I’m much more proud and content being Mom and Farmer Sarah than WWE Superstar Sarah. I love serving my family, my husband, and my children. Obviously, I left wrestling to fully focus on all of those things.” – Sarah Logan

32-year-old Logan, born Sarah Bridges (née Rowe), began wrestling in 2011 as Crazy Mary Dobson on the indies, touring Japan. This would lead her to sign with WWE in 2016, debut on NXT, and rise to prominence on the main roster as part of The Riott Squad. Released in 2020, she returned in 2022 primarily as a manager for her husband’s tag team, The Viking Raiders. After taking maternity leave, the decision was made not to renew her contract, making the Elimination Chamber Qualifying Last Chance Battle Royal in February 2024 her final match.
