While her husband, Rusev, is re-establishing himself in WWE following a mixed run in AEW, CJ Perry, also known as Lana, is currently on the sidelines, pursuing other opportunities. However, it now appears her focus is on motherhood, as she has revealed on social media that she is pregnant, part of an Instagram dump. This would come via a video showing her receiving an ultrasound scan, showing a developing fetus curled in utero.
When Rusev returned to WWE, most expected him to be joined by Perry in the coming weeks, as they had been a successful package on television previously. However, it’s understood that WWE management had no interest in her as a character, which likely came as a massive blow to the model. Yet it is understood that she has signed a Legends contract, which means Lana’s action figures and a future video game appearance are likely in the works.
