Professional wrestler La Rosa Negra, a former WWC Women’s Champion from Puerto Rico, has shared a heartfelt and raw post on X, expressing deep sadness about her wrestling career. In the emotional message, she lamented wasting 22 years chasing opportunities in major companies, questioning if a lack of talent or damaging rumors, likely in reference to the Tessa Blanchard racism controversy, derailed her path. However, fans and peers rallied in the comments, affirming her skills and offering encouragement.

The 44-year-old wrestler, whose real name is Nilka García Solís, has achieved success throughout her career, including being a three-time WWC Women’s Champion, a former Stardom High Speed Champion, and is currently working for Billy Corgan’s NWA promotion. However, she is now best known for the Blanchard controversy, where it’s claimed the current TNA star used racial slurs and spat on her. Yet it’s actually known they have reconciled since then, and Blachard has expressed her desire to get Negra booked in TNA, which perhaps could result in something positive coming out of such an awful situation.
