Earlier this year, Shawn Chan of Ontario, Canada, was arrested after attending Liv Morgan’s Florida home uninvited. According to reports, the obsessed fan loitered outside her house for two hours and even attempted to open the front door after searching for a potentially hidden spare key. And now, after he filed a motion in August to reconsider his denial of bail, noting that he could stay at a Salvation Army location, the court has ruled against this.
According to PWInsider.com, which has been following this case closely, the prosecution argued that he is a danger to the community and is considered a flight risk, given that he has no ties to the United States; clearly, the court agreed. The belief is now that the 41-year-old’s trial will take place in November, meaning he’ll remain behind bars for at least a few more months.
After invading Morgan’s privacy, Chan was thankfully arrested at the WWE Performance Center a few days later, with it understood that the WWE star was actually there in attendance. This has resulted in him being detained at the Pasco County Detention Center in Land O’ Lakes, Florida, with it understood he potentially faces up to five years in prison due to having traveled internationally, which made this a federal offense.
