Having departed AEW after deciding that pro wrestling wasn’t for her, Paige VanZant returned to combat sports and remains one of the most successful OnlyFans models in the world. And while it doesn’t sound like she has any plans to return to the squared circle, she has now revealed during a new Instagram Q&A that she would still pick AEW over potentially joining WWE, noting, “I had an incredible experience with them, love the promotion.”
31-year-old Van Zant debuted for AEW in September 2021 alongside American Top Team and was set to work with Brandi Rhodes until Cody and Brandi departed the promotion, leading to her feuding with Tay Conti instead. However, while she did wrestle an intergender tag match at Double or Nothing, it soon became apparent that her commitment to the business was questionable, as she was reported to be skipping her training sessions with former WWE wrestler Gangrel.
