Earlier this year, Saraya revealed that a creepy fan tried to kiss her during a meet-and-greet, leaving her feeling disgusted. And now, during the latter episode of her podcast, the former WWE Divas Champion has recounted another disturbing incident at a Chicago autograph signing where a male fan slapped her buttocks three times, thinking it was humorous. Additionally, she noted security failed to intervene promptly and only offered to remove him afterward.
The 33-year-old British wrestler known as Paige in WWE and Saraya in AEW began wrestling at 13 in her family’s WAW promotion. From there, she signed with WWE in 2011, becoming the inaugural NXT Women’s Champion and the youngest Divas Champion. After injuries sadly forced her to retire in 2018, she served as SmackDown GM and appeared set to be a WWE lifer. However, after her contract was not renewed, she joined AEW in 2022 and won their Women’s World Championship in 2023 before departing in 2025.
