Stephanie Vaquer’s Epic New Ink Unveiled By Tattoo Artist

While it’s known that Stephanie Vaquer was recently dealing with a health issue, she is currently living her best life thanks to being the current WWE Women’s World Champion. Seemingly, this has led her to commemorate this achievement by returning to Mexico to be tattooed by El Eliias, who is known for his Chicano-style tattoos. And now, indicating he is proud of his art, the tattoo artist has shared his work on Instagram.

32-year-old Vaquer broke into the pro wrestling business in 2009 while living in her home country of Chile, initially competing under the ring name Dark Angel. From there, she began working in Mexico, where she also holds citizenship. After establishing herself in the world of lucha libre, she began to secure bookings in Japan, taking her career to the next level. Still, her actual breakthrough moment came at 2024’s Forbidden Door, where she wrestled Mercedes Moné and caught the eye of WWE, signing with them rather than AEW, despite being offered more money by Tony Khan’s promotion.
