Toni Storm is considered by many to be one of the best gimmicks currently in the pro wrestling business, having transformed herself from a member of The Outcasts to a Golden Age of Hollywood starlet. Still, despite her level of celebrity, she is noticeably absent from X, which is very much the social media platform of choice for those in the wrestling industry. And now, in an appearance on MVP’s Marking Out podcast, she has addressed this, stating that she has no interest in hearing fans’ complaints and is content with “living a quiet life.”
Before joining AEW in 2022, the 29-year-old was employed by WWE from 2017 to 2021 and initially appeared poised for a bright future on the main roster. However, seemingly out of nowhere, she skipped a scheduled booking and instead opted to fly home, requesting her release shortly afterwards. Apparently, she felt underappreciated and disrespected by the company, and while some did question her commitment, she has been nothing but professional since joining All Elite.
