WWE Talent Announces Her Upcoming Departure

Kelly Kincaid, the popular backstage interviewer for WWE’s NXT brand, has announced on X.com that she will be departing the company when her contract expires later this month. No specific reason for her exit was given, though it is known she has a young daughter, and her partner, Elton Prince, is currently recuperating from neck surgery. Kincaid had been with WWE since 2022, having previously worked for ROH under the name Quinn McKay.

34-year-old Kincaid, born Kelly Verbil in Springfield, Missouri, began her wrestling career in 2018 and, from 2019 to 2021, worked for ROH as an interviewer, color commentator, and occasional in-ring competitor while training at the ROH Dojo. This would open the door for her to join WWE in February 2022, where she initially served as ring announcer for NXT Level Up before becoming a prominent backstage interviewer. And while she briefly stepped away for maternity leave in 2024, upon her return in 2025, it was thought she would have a long WWE career.
