It’s well-known that love is always in the air at the WWE Performance Center, and now, in another example of this, Raw’s Maxxine Dupri has tied the knot with NXT’s Anthony Luke at the luxurious LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort in Naples, Florida. The ceremony, which took place on New Year’s Eve, reportedly had more than 180 guests, including several past and present WWE talents such as Shayna Baszler, Jackie Redmond, Chelsea Green, Nia Jax, Tiffany Stratton, Otis, Indi Hartwell, Karrion Kross, and Scarlett Bordeaux.
28-year-old Dupri, born Sydney Zmrzel, began as a cheerleader for the LA Rams and Phoenix Suns, then signed with WWE in 2021 and debuted on the NXT brand as Sofia Cromwell. From there, she was fast-tracked to the main roster as manager of Maximum Male Models, and later aligned with Alpha Academy. And while she wouldn’t wrestle on television until 2023, she has undoubtedly made up for lost time by winning the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship.
